Ann Rugnetta, MA UMass Boston

Ann Rugnetta is the Program Coordinator of the Graduate Programs in Dispute Resolution; she is responsible for the administrative support of the programs, including financial reporting, database management, event coordination, and faculty and student support.

A graduate of the UMass Boston Dispute Resolution program, Ann joined the first Masters cohort in 1997; she earned her degree in 1999. Her BS in Business Administration is from Emmanuel College, Boston.

Prior to returning to campus in 2006, Ann spent 10 years at Teradyne Corporation as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager supporting global Supply Base Management and Procurement. Her negotiation and dispute resolution skills have also been exercised in other roles: in the past as a purchasing agent in the construction industry for ten years, and in her ongoing volunteer work as a small-group facilitator.
