Joshua Jacks, BA University of Massachusetts


Joshua Jacks is a mediator who has been practicing in the Boston area since 1981. Mr. JacksJoshua Jacks joined UMass Boston's Graduate Program in Dispute Resolution shortly after the program began operation in 1986. Currently, Mr. Jacks serves on the program's clinic faculty where he demonstrates mediations, and observes and supervises students enrolled in the program's mediation internship.

Mr. Jacks has provided training to local, state and federal agencies, including the US EPA, Federal Executive Board, Massachusetts Housing Courts, and Boston area fire and police departments. He is Director of Court Programs for Metropolitan Mediation Services and mediates conflicts between Medicare providers and beneficiaries in Massachusetts
