John Ryan is a Senior Partner at the law firm of Sloane and Walsh in Boston, where he has concentrated his practice in the trial and appeal of civil cases for the past twenty-six years. In addition to his trial appellate practice, Mr. Ryan is frequently asked to serve as mediator or arbitrator in civil disputes, and he has served as such in more than 100 cases, including medical malpractice and other damage claims.

Brad Honoroff is a founding partner of The Mediation Group (TMG). He has particular expertise in mediating highly charged and complex, multiparty conflicts, including medical malpractice cases. An experienced and highly sought-after trainer and consultant, he has helped design dispute resolution systems for health care organizations. Brad is one of the architects of TMG’s Managed Care Dispute Resolution Protocol and served as a principal consultant during the implementation of the Protocol in health plans nationwide.

Mark Kuperwaser, MD, is a member of the staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and an instructor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School.
